The movie is produced by Raj Patel and Bhojraj Nawani and under the banner of Nostrum Entertainment 5. Director Vinod Tewari has previously delivered notable films "The Conversion" that have garnered attention for their bold narratives and social relevance. The disorder impacts 3 out of 1,000 people in India, while the figure rises to 5.1 out of 1,000 in the United States. Disturbingly, 72% of patients in rural India and 83.3% in urban non-metro areas remain untreated, mainly due to a lack of awareness, even among medical professionals. The film aims to bring much-needed attention to this mental health issue, which has been largely overlooked in Indian cinema and society. "THE UNKNOWN MIND" promises to be a revelation in terms of storytelling and will help raise awareness among the Indian population, including the diaspora.
