AVPL Familiarises Indian States' Agricultural Boards on Advanced Drone Technology

Gurgaon (Haryana) [India], October 25: AVPL, a global leader in the drone industry specializing in cutting-edge agricultural drones, collaborated with Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board to organise a Multi state Conference on the 'Promotion of Inter-State Trade and Sharing of Infrastructure between State Agricultural Marketing Boards' event to educate agricultural boards on advanced drone technology.

The event, held at Chandigarh, was attended by Chief Guest J P Dalal, Minister of Agriculture, Haryana, and Guest of Honour Vijayendra Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture, Govt of Haryana with senior officials from Multiple states including Rajasthan, Goa, Assam, Telangana and many more.

During the event, representatives of AVPL shared insights and knowledge about the latest trends in drone education. They highlighted the potential of drones in agriculture, explaining how drones equipped with high-resolution cameras and sensors can capture real-time data about crop health, soil conditions, and field topography. AVPL emphasized the opportunity for rural and semi-urban youth to become drone pilots, offering an exciting opportunity for employment and innovation in the agricultural sector.

Preet Sandhuu, the Founder & Chairman of AVPL, expressed her enthusiasm about the successful participation at the event, stating, "Success in innovation resides at the intersection of technology and agriculture. AVPL aims to optimize farming processes, enhance crop monitoring, and maximize agricultural yields while ensuring sustainable and responsible drone usage. By providing training and education on integrating drones into agricultural practices, AVPL hopes to foster collaboration and partnerships with state agricultural marketing boards to enhance agricultural practices in the future.

AVPL recently launched a one-year drone training course in collaboration with 13 partner universities and has a shorter drone pilot training course at its subsidiary, SPH Aviation, Gurugram.

Looking ahead, AVPL plans to start 100 training centers in India in the next 2-3 years, further promoting the use of drones in agriculture and expanding their impact in the sector.
