CM inaugurates MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase IV

MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase IV was unveiledby MFAR Developers in the city today with Chief Minister thankingthe promoters for the big investment.

The tech park, in all, houses over 30 IT MNCs and Indian growncompanies where more than 1.5 tech professionals work.

Mr Siddaramaiah said Karnataka government welcome investment madeby Dr P M Ali, Promoter of the tech park for choosing Bengaluru tobuild this state of the art facility. The city is dynamic and hasthe drive to adopt technology, attract population and strengthenworld connectivity.

He said the government was committed toencouraging investments in various sectors that will generateopportunity for the youth in the state. ''I wish Dr. P M Ali and theMFAR group all the success in their future endeavours.''

The MFAR Manyata Tech Park was named as 'Greenheart' signifyinggreen live plant walls, natural air flow design, natural lightoptimisation, use of green architecture, materials and elementswhich come together to create a perfect harmony between man andnature.Some of the multinational and Indian companies occupying officesin this 1.4 m sft space here include Philips Healthcare, PhilipsLighting, NXP Semiconductors, Monsanto, AXA, Redknee, DSP, Autoliv,SAB Miller, IKEA, WSP Consultants, Kodiak Networks, SLK Software,Mittal and the Executive Centre.UNI RS CS 1507
