BJP MLA Santosh Kumar and MLC Manoj Singh join JD(U)

BJP MLA from Waisi assembly constituency Santosh Kumar and party MLC Manoj Singh today along with their supporters joined JD(U).

At a function organised in state head quarter of the party, both Mr Kumar and Mr Singh accepted the membership of the JD(U) in presence of state JD(U) president Vashisth Narayan Singh, National General secretary of the JD(U) R C P Singh, party MP Bhudeo Chaudhary and Industry Minister Lesie Singh.

Welcoming both Mr Singh and Mr Kumar into his party, state JD(U) president Mr Singh said their induction into the JD(U) would give new strength to the organisation.

Mr Singh said leaders from other parties, impressed with performance of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, were joining the JD(U) with each passing day. Under the leadership of Mr Kumar, Bihar was moving on development track with accelerated pace, he further added.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Mr Kumar and MLC Mr Singh said that they were fed up with functioning the BJP as the party in Bihar had become the pocket organisation of some leaders. There was a great difference between the words and deeds of the BJP, the alleged. UNI KKS BM SRC 1755 NNNN
