Micro tech global foundation hosts 'micro innovation league

MicroTech Global Foundation (MTGF), a nonprofit organization today began its 'Micro Innovation League' which will culminate with a grand show on August 15, 2012.

The aim is to bring awareness among the people of the technological advances in the country and motivate younger generation in particular to participate in the joys of technological innovations, NIL director MTGF AR Kale said. The main objective of MIL is to reach out to budding technologists and reward them for their creative skills in their areas of specialisation.

An exhibition on technology and innovation featuring models of students selected from various districts and zones on 'Information Technology' (Embedded or Hardware), 'Security Based Technology' and 'Mobile Based Technology' will be showcased at the venue. Quiz contests on these subjects are also being planned. The MIL Contest is open to Indian citizens who are enrolled as students in a full-time/ part time Engineering/Technology /Technical College or Institute in India. UNI JM SB BST2240 NNNN
