In a bid to drive its integrated development in global markets, Chinese smartphone maker OPPO on Tuesday announced the establishment of its new global sales and global marketing business units.

While Alen Wu has been appointed as the company's Vice President and President of Global Sales, Brian Shen has taken charge as Vice President and President of Global Marketing, OPPO said.

Both Wu and Shen will report to OPPO CEO Tony Chen.

"OPPO has always run our business with a global vision of 'One Market, One OPPO'. We consider global markets as one market in which we need to focus on worldwide resource integration for development globally," said Chen.

Wu has served as President of International Business at OPPO since May 2018, while Shen has been President of Mainland China Business at OPPO since May 2018.
