Three of dungeon girl Elisabeth Fritzl's children have planned a cinema trip with schoolmates, according to a friend.
Repeatedly raped by dad Josef Fritzl during 24 years of captivity, the 42-year-old is recovering with their six children in a secluded clinic.
However, Lisa, 16, Monika, 14, and Alex, 12 - brought upstairs by Fritzl as babies - were pulled out of school when his secret emerged and have been desperate for contact with their old friends.
"Elisabeth faces a difficult dilemma," the Mirror quoted a friend, as saying.
"She knows they need freedom. She lets them out on occasional trips to see friends.
"But their security is paramount. She makes sure each trip is meticulously planned," the friend added.
Now, Elisabeth has to decide whether to send the kids back to their schools near Amstetten, Austria, after the holidays.
"It still isn't confirmed whether the old schools are the right place," the friend said.
Kerstin, 19, Stefan, 18, and Felix, six, who lived underground, have never been to school and psychiatrists said they are not ready. (ANI)
