The Chandigarh administration, here on Wednesday, asked schools in the city not to increase fees for this academic session. The order was issued by Advisor Manoj Parida under the Disaster Management Act.

According to the order, schools can't hike fees without its approval and there should be no hidden and additional charges.

The schools should also display the fee structure on their website and also inform the administration about it by June 15.

All schools in the city have been closed since March 13.
