South Korean first lady Kim-Jung Sook along with a high level delegation from South Korea visited Taj Mahal on Wednesday and was stunned by its beauty.
Ms Sook, flew directly from Lucknow to Agra by a special aircraft, and visited the seventh century Monument of Love.
Uttar Pradesh ministers Srikant Sharma and Ms Rita Bahuguna Joshi accompanied the foreign dignitaries to the Taj Mahal.
As a security measure, Taj Mahal was closed for around 2 hours during the visit of the foreign dignitaries.
The South Korean first lady is expected to return back to Korea from Agra itself.
On Tuesday, Ms Sook attended the Deepostava programme in Ayodhya and laid the foundation of the Korea princess Hu Memorial.
