Seven fishing boats, which went into the sea from this Port city before 'Titli' very severe Cyclonic Storm hit the coast, went missing.

Atleast 150 boats went into Sea around ten days back for fishing from Vizag shore.

District Administration officials said here on Thursday that these boats were missing at Ganjam port in Odisha Coast.

Communication system in Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts was damaged due to heavy winds under the impact of Titli. More than 2,000 electric poles fell down. Power supply was stopped in many areas in these two districts. Mobile and land line networks were not working in majority areas, the officials said.
