Isprout, a co-working space provider will increase its seat capacity to 3000 from the present 800 by the end of December 2018, Its CEO Ms Sundari Patibandla said.
Talking to newsmen on the occasion of inaugurating its third facility and second in Hyderabad at Hi-Tech city on Tuesday, Ms Sundari said that the company which started its operations a year back has two existing facilities with seat capacity of 200 each-- at Vijayawada and in Kondapur. The Third facility total seat capacity would be 1800 seats (94,000 square feet). Of it, 400 seats (23,000 sq ft) was inaugurated today. The remaining would be inaugurated during the next three to four months period. With this, the company's total seat capacity would be increased to 2200, she added. She said the company also planning to expand its foot print to Chennai, Bangaluru and Visakhapatnam, and hoped to create 600 to 800 seats more by this year end. Ms Sundari said that the company has invested Rs 15-18 crore so far and required the same amount to reach the seat capacity of 3000- 3500 by this year end 2018. The company has spent Rs 2000 to Rs 2500 per square feet for providing necessary infrastructure, she said and added that rental charge would be Rs 8000 to 10,000 per seat by extending all facilities like electricity, internet and among others. Ms Sundari said that one can ready to start its operations while having only one Laptop along with man power. The third facility have provision to accommodate one seat to 100 seats depending upon the companies requirement, she said. Telangana Principal Secretary, Industry and IT Jayesh Ranjan who inaugurated the facility said,this was 39th co work space in the city. Hyderabad has the highest co work space demand destination in the country, he claimed. Isprout was the largest co work space provider in the city and extending all the facilities on the lines of T-Hup like registration, business development, consultation and among others to the startups with a 40-member strong team.
