Union Minister Ramkripal Yadav today surrendered before the court and he was granted bail in connection with a case.

Mr Yadav was to appear in person before the court in a case relating to violation of section144 but he failed to appear in its pre-lunch sitting, prompting the special Judge Parshuram Singh Yadav passing the order of suspension of the facilities under section 205 of criminal procedure being given to him for appearing in court through counsel.

Soon after Mr Yadav was informed about suspension of facilities under section 205 of criminal procedure being given to him, he hastily appeared before the court in its post-lunch sitting and applied for bail which was granted to him.

As it is, a case of violation of section 144 was lodged against him at Janipur police station area in Patna district on October 27, 2015. After constitution of special court to dispose off cases pending against MPs and MLAs, his case was transferred to the court of Judge Parshurma Singh Yadav.
