Congress in Goa seeks appointment of Governor

Leader of the Opposition in the Goa Legislative Assembly Chandrakant (Babu) Kavalekar on Thursday sought appointment of State Governor Mridula Sinha on May 18 to submit a memorandum regarding present state of affairs.

In a small letter, written to the Governor, copies of which were shared with media here, Mr Kavalekar, who is also Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader, said,''Kindly grant an appointment to meet with you as early as possible but not later than 10.00 am tomorrow i.e. 18.05.2018 regarding the present state of affairs in Goa and submit to you a memorandum.''UNI AKM 1654
