Bajaj Electricals bags contracts worth Rs 3,577.93 cr

Bajaj Electricals has bagged orders for Rural/Urban Electrification projects in Uttar Pradesh from Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam (MVVNL) aggregating worth Rs 3577.93 crore.

The project is under the Saubhagya Yojna of Government of India and electrification is for location at Baudan & Bareli, Lucknow & Unnao, Shajanpur & Pilibhit, Sultanpur & Amethi, Sitapur, Hardoi, Gaziabad, Barabanki, Gonda and Ambedkar Nagar districts in Uttar Pradesh. The projects shall be completed within 15 months from the date of issue of LoI, the company said in the filing.
