Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday urged Congress president Rahul Gandhi to raise sealing issue in the current session of Parliament. "I urge you (Rahul Gandhi) to kindly raise sealing issue strongly in current session of Parliament and force BJP to take all steps necessary to stop sealing and open sealed shops. AAP will support any such effort," the Chief Minister said re-tweeting a post of Mr Gandhi.
In his twitter post, the Congress chief took a dig at AAP and BJP for its blame-game politics on the matter and asked both the parties to find a solution. Earlier in the day, Mr Keriwal held an all-party meeting here to find a solution to the issues raised during the ongoing sealing drive in the national capital.
Apart from senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders including Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh and Gopal Rai, the meeting was also attended by Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) chief Ajay Maken and his party colleague Arvinder Singh Lovely.
However, leaders from the BJP did not attend the meeting.
