Make 'panchanama' of damaged crops immediately: Munde

Leader of the Opposition in the Maharashtra Council Dhananjay Munde on Wednesday said 72 hours have already been passed but the government has not started panchanama of damaged crop which were damaged in hailstorm in Marathwada region.

He warned that the state government should not see the end of farmers.

Visiting at Mantha taluka in Jalna this morning, Mr Munde said the standing crops including jawar, wheat, garm and horticulture gardens were damaged. He held talk with affected farmers. He added that his party NCP will fight for farmers to get compensation to them.
