The Wadhwa Group partners with Azuro to make home leasing easy

Realty Major, The Wadhwa Group said that companyhas exclusively partnered with Azuro, a technology enabled PropertyManagement start-up based out to Mumbai. Axuro was founded by a team of IIT-Bombay Alumni in 2016, with anaim to solve the problem which home owners face in renting out andmanaging apartments by leveraging state of art technologies in theentire lifecycle of renting. Azuro provides end-to-end service right from looking for the righttenants, verification & documentation process and house maintenance. As a part of this strategic partnership, The Wadhwa Group will offerrental services of Azuro to its 2,000+ customers across some oftheir delivered and ongoing key projects including The Address atGhatkopar West, Elite at Kolshet Road, Thane & Atmosphere at MulundWest. This comes at a time when the influx of population into Mumbaiis high due to the growth opportunities it presents. Finding the right tenant is a tough task as owners want trustedoccupants who keep the house well-maintained. Several homebuyers,particularly HNIs and NRIs purchase properties as an investment andoften don't rent it out for the mere reason of avoiding the stressof finding a suitable tenant.
