Louis asks officials to bring changes in their working culture

Jharkhand's women and child development minister Louis Marandi today asked the officials and has asked them to understand their responsibility which is mainly to solve the problems of the people. Addressing the Janta Darbar organised in Makro village of the Sadar block of this district, she said the state government was working to realise the objective of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas. She said there was not difference between the acts and words of the state government. Ms Marandi said that the Janta Darbar was being organised so the problems of the people can be quickly solved and also urged the people to come forward to avail the benefits of the schemes of the state government. She also assured the people that as their elected representative she would be always present to solve their issues. She asked the officials to be more sensitive towards the people and establish coordination among themselves so the work can be done easily. She also asked them to get in touch with her in case of any problems or inform the government. The minister said widow pension, old age pension would be reaching to their homes. The minister said, on the occasion of State Formation Day on November 15, Griha Pravesh function would be organised for the beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mnatri Aawas Yojana. She also stressed on the need to construct toilets on war footing so the Dumka can soon be declared ODF district. She also called on to remove the middle men from the system. Those who were also present in the function included DDC Sashiranjan, trainee IAS Vishal Sagar, BDO and Cos and other officials. UNI XC-AK AKM
