Spice Brand rebooted under joint venture with Transsion; unveils eight mobile phones pricing from Rs 850

Reinforcing competition in the strong growing smartphones segment, Spice brand, a joint venture with Transsion Holdings today unveiled of new portfolio of eight mobile devices including five feature phones and three smartphones here today.The new product portfolio offers aesthetically and stylishly designed phones with features that wouldstand out and appeal to the youth, and is priced between Rs 850 to Rs 9,500.

The company claimed to have selected Uttar Pradesh for the launch due to its huge market and demand potential for the brand. Spice, has become the first mobile company in the country to introduce an offer of 1-year replacement warranty for all its devices. In alignment with the fresh design created for the Indian youth, the products are segmented as F Series (Music, fun, fashion),K series (Creative & fashion), V Series (Value premium, with emphasized focus on performance and camera), and Z series which are essentially the feature phones, offering best-value & quality with great design.After establishing a strong presence through Itel and TECNO, Transsion Holdings aims to furtherstrengthen its foothold in the world's fastest growing mobile market with the addition of its third brandin their multi brand portfolio.

Spice Mobile under Transsion Group,CEO Sudhir Kumar, told reporters here that they are extremely excited to announce the all new Spice product portfolio today.

Mr Kumar said that by December next more smart phones would be introduced by the company.
