On Saturday last, Additional Sessions Judge LD Bile granted conditional bail to accused Gaikwad, as the courtaccepted the defence lawyer's a series of arguments about the delay in the probe and statements of investigation department in the court. Also, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of city police could not produce any strong evidences that indicated accused's involvement in the murder. Meanwhile, public prosecutor Shivajirao Rane said he will challenge against the bail order in the Bombay High Court in a couple of days.
