Salgaocar FC snatched valuable 3 points from United SC and TFA win 1-0 against East Bengal

Salgaocar FC earned hard fetched three points against United SC in the fifth match of 120th LG IFA Shield 2015-16 (U19) played at Kalyani Stadium here today.

Listow Colaco stole the show by scoring a brace for Salgaocar as well as winning goal also and adjudged The Man of the match.

In the nail biting match Salgaocar took the opportunity when at the added time of the first half (45+1) Listow Colaco( jersey No-8) scored from a free kick and custodian of United SC, Avijit kar failed to save his team from conceding.

Again at the added time (90+1) of second half Sandip Bhattacharjee (Jersey no -23) of United SC equalized to add charm to the match.

But it was Listow Colacos day as he again thumped the winning goal at dying moments (90+2) of the match and earned valuable three points to bring Salgaocar FC in the winning track.

In another match Tata Football Academy (TFA) continued their winning record defeated East Bengal 1-0 in the 6th match of 120th LG IFA Shield 2015-16(U19) at Barasat Stadium today.

On 45th minute Moshabir Rahman (Jersey no-32) of TFA scored the only goal of the match. The Man of the match award went to Rahul Ghosh (Jersey no-3)

TFA started the match in a very attacking mode against Eastbengal. At the 45th minutes Moshabir Rahman of TFA converted an attack and gained three points.

In the second half East Bengal created so many chances but failed to put the ball into the net of TFA.UNI BM AJ BL2203
