BJP government's ban on Sriram Sene chief Pramod Mutalik entry in Goa is a breach of the freedom of movement as enshrined in the Constitution, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti chief Dr Charudatta Pingale said here.He was speaking at the fourth All India Hindu convention held here. As a result of this ban, Mr Muthalik could not attend the convention. Any Hindu can enter Kashmir, where Article 370 is in force, but Mr Muthalik cannot enter Goa though there is no such ban. This in a total injustice, Mr Pingale said.Mr Muthalik has sent a message expressing his full support to the Convention despite his inability to attend the same due to the ban on his entry.
