Acharya Balkrishna of Patanjali Yogpith today launched an Ayurvedic immunity booster ''Swarnamrit'' (gold-elixir), the unique formula which would help children growing physically, emotionally and psychologically robust.
Acharya Balkrishna, who lighted a lamp and administered the medicine or tonic to a two-year-old girl child named Arohi Thakur.Speaking on the occasion he claimed that the medicine was made according to the ancient Ayurveda system and would strengthen every child mentally and physically.
The Director of Patanjali Ayurved College and Hospital Dr Arun Kumar informed mediapersons that 289 children were given the ''swarnamrit'' by ayurvedic doctors.
The children came from all age groups from two year onwards but most were from 10-12 age group and hailed from Haridwar, he said, adding that the children would be administered the tonic once every month on pre-announced dates. UNI JN SHS |SB 2127
