He said in Jammu and Kashmir an empowered Agency comprising Jammu and Kashmir Land Records Management (JaKLaRMA) headed by Financial Commissioner (Revenue) as its Chief Executive Officer in an Ex-officio capacity, is handling this project.
"Set up in 2013, JaKLaRMA with a series of hectic meetings with the Union Ministry of Rural Development, Department of Land Resources has succeeded in getting approval of an Annual Action Plan for Rs 60 crore of 12 districts of J&K for Phase-I," added the spokesperson.
