SPs of 6 districts transferred in MP

In a reshuffle of IPS officers ahead of next year's Assembly election, the Superintendents of Police of six districts, including Bhopal, were transferred in Madhya Pradesh today, official sources said.

Ujjain SP Jaideep Prasad has been shifted to Bhopal in the same capacity replacing Mr Anant Kumar Singh, who was posted in the police headquarters as AIG. Mr Manmeet Singh Narang, presently posted in PHq as AIG, has been shifted to Ujjain as SP.

Rewa SP Ravi Kumar Gupta has been posted as Commandant of 34th ban of Special Armed Force at Dhar. Sagar SP Mohd Shahid Absar has been shifted to Rewa in same capacity. Morena SP Hari Singh Yadav has been shifted to the post vacated by Mr Absar. Mr Harinarayan Mishra, on his return from training, has been posted Balaghat SP in place of Santosh Kumar Singh, who has been shifted to Morena as SP, the sources added.
