Shefali Shah, took up to the passion for painting few years ago. And the actress is now all set to display her artwork in Pune.

It's going to be the first ever solo exhibition for the 'Dil Dhadakne Do' actress. Shefali has been famous on Twitter for her artwork, drawing appreciation from her thousands of followers.

She also gifted an art piece from her collection to Amitabh Bachchan, whom Shefali worked with in 'Waqt: The race against time.'

The National award-winning actress gifted the painting to Big B, expressing her fondness for the actor.

While we have already seen her acting skills onscreen, her passion for painting is nowhere behind. And what more! She is now learning the finer nuisances and aspects of art.

Last year in February, the actress attended an art course in Europe's art-hub.. Spain's Metafora. She lists Mark Rothko and Jackson Pollock as her inspiration.

Learning briefly from YouTube videos, she took up painting a couple of years ago and has brushed up her skills- quite literally.

Six-month training at Mumbai's Last Ship only added to the palette of her artistic talent. (ANI)
