Bhajan maestro Anup Jalota says he feels good when he sees the younger generation taking ahead the legacy of devotional singing.

Jalota and singer Alka Yagnik will be joining singing reality show "Om Shanti Om" as guest judges for the finale episodes. Yagnik will be performing "Gokul ka gwala", and Jalota will share the stage with singer Kanika Kapoor.

"It feels really good seeing young generation taking ahead the legacy of devotional singing. All the contestants are very talented and I am happy that I could hear them in person," Jalota said in a statement.

"The atmosphere on the set was serene," he added.

Yagnik will be part of the Saturday episode, and the one featuring Jalota will be aired on Sunday on Star Bharat.

Yagnik aid: "I was attracted a lot to the concept of the show. A spiritual show like 'Om Shanti Om' was a much needed format, and I am very happy to be part of the show. I have judged a lot of reality shows, but for the first time I am on a divine stage like 'Om Shanti Om'."
