''...It is not for the United States from outside (between India and Pakistan)...,,'' the US President said at a joint press conference alongwith Prime Minister Manmohan Singh after their talks at the White House. The US President also expressed his full commitment to fully implement the civil nuclear agreement, which, he said, would benefit both countries. The Prime Minister said that during their talks, both had agreed on early and full implementation of the civil nuclear cooperation agreement. ''Our strategic partnership should facilitate transfer of high technologies to India,'' Dr Singh said adding that the lifting of US export controls on high-technology exports to India would open vast opportunities for joint research and development.
