India Today Group said Friday it had not donated to the Clinton Foundation but had only paid for former US president Bill Clinton's address at the India Today conclave. In a statement here, Anil Mehra, managing director of Living Media India Ltd, said: "This is to clarify that the India Today Group has not made any donation to the Clinton Foundation. However, India Today has paid fees to the Speaker Agency M/s Harry Walker, USA, for Bill Clinton's satellite address at the India Today conclave." The statement followed information made public Thursday by the Clinton Foundation that listed India Today Group as one of the donors in the category of US dollars 100,000 to quarter million.
