An Ohio man has pleaded guilty to charges he spread mercury inside the Morrow County Courthouse last summer, court papers show. Tommy Hansen of Bellville pleaded guilty to criminal use of a chemical weapon, The Columbus (Ohio) Dispatch reported Wednesday. The charge is a first-degree felony that carries up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Hansen also admitted to seven counts of gross sexual imposition as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. In exchange, six additional sex charges were dropped. At the time of the mercury spill, Hansen had been charged with molesting three girls at a campground in 2005.
