`My ton as good as winning the Ashes': Pietersen London | July 12, 2008 3:50:19 PM IST
England batsman Kevin Pietersen has said that his century against South Africa in the first Test at Lords felt as good as winning the Ashes. South Africa-born KP said: "This is on a par with 2005, walking off at The Oval after scoring 158 and winning the Ashes. I wanted that feeling again, and the way the spectators at Lord's appreciated my hundred, was so special." "It seems someone is writing a script. And whoever is doing that is doing a pretty special job," The Sun quoted him, as saying. (ANI)
