Delhi court comes to rescue of class one student

A Delhi court today came to the rescue of a class one student, who could not appear in the mid-term exam due to her father's inability to pay the school fee on a quarterly basis. Kailash Bansal, whose daughter was studying in Standard One in Richmond Global School in Paschim Vihar area of West Delhi. Bansal had approached the Delhi court with a plea that the school be directed to accept fee on a monthly basis, stating that he was unable to deposit fee on quarterly basis and he apprehended that his daughter might be struck off the rolls. School authorities submitted the report before Senior Civil Judge Vinod Yadav that if the parent of the child had approached the Principal, then they would have taken a lenient view of the matter. The Court also directed Bansal to deposit the arrear of fees within two days and the School authorities to make arrangements for a re-test for the girl.
