IMC organises 'Mumbai Heritage Walk'
Mumbai | Saturday, Nov 21 2009 IST

In an initiative to familiarise tourists and expatriates to the sights of the country's financial capital, the Indian Merchants' Chambers (IMC) today organised the ''Mumbai Heritage Walk.'' The walk saw participants moving around south Mumbai's historical landmarks.

The state earns more than Rs 270 crore in foreign exchange from tourism with Mumbai accounting for up to 1.5 million of the country's five million foreign nationals who enter, depart or transit through the city.
