ICICI Prudential Life strikes alliance with India Post in AP

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Indias leading private life insurance company, today announced its partnership with India Post in Andhra Pradesh. The company launched its new services across all post offices in Andhra Pradesh. This move is part of ICICI Prudential Lifes over all growth strategy to strengthen its footprint in Andhra Pradesh.

By entering into this partnership with India Post, consumers can buy ICICI Prudential Lifes products from any one of 16159 Post Offices in Andhra Pradesh and existing ICICI Prudential Life policyholders can now pay their premiums at any one of the 529 e-payment enabled post offices across Andhra Pradesh, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Senior Vice President and Head (Sales) Anup Rau said.

''We have partnered with India Post to provide our customers with one stop solution for all their long term saving needs. Through the extensive network of India Post, we will have the opportunity to offer our products spanning life, wealth creation, childrens education, pensions, protection and health. In addition our value-added services such as premium collection facility, is a definite step in the direction to enable customer convenience. We are sure that this move will enhance consumers overall experience with the brand,'' he said.

India Post Chief Postmaster General (Andhra Pradesh Circle) K V Sundar Rajan said, ''We are happy to partner with ICICI Prudential Life, Indias leading private life insurer and expand our service portfolio to our customers. Our extensive network of post offices in Andhra Pradesh will help the insurance major to exploit further, the need for life insurance is growing.''
