Fairfax invites Indian investment

The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) and Washington-based law firm, Patton Boggs LLP, hosted a roundtable discussion here today for Indian businesses interested in expanding in the US Market.

Mr Frank G Wisner, Patton Boggs Senior Foreign Affairs Advisor and a Former Ambassador to India, led the panel discussion along with Directors of the FCEDAs Bangalore Office, Mr Narendra Sarawgi and Mr Siddharth Sarawgi, Top business leaders from the IT, Telecommunications, Aerospace & Defence, Electronics, Biotech, Financial and Legal sectors formed part of the elite round table group.

Mr Wisner addressed attendees on US-India trade, economic relations and growing opportunities in Fairfax during his two-day visit which ended today.

Speakers said Fairfax County was the ideal destination for growing Indian companies who are looking to enter the lucrative US Market.

There are excellent opportunities in Fairfax County for Indian companies,he claimed.

It was close to Washington DC and was the Gateway to North American Markets for international companies. FCEDA promotes Fairfax County as one of the worlds best business location.
