Moily declines to be dragged into Dinakaran issue

Union Minister for Law M Veerappa Moily today declined to be dragged into Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran issue stating that the Supreme Court Collegium was looking into the allegations against the judge.

''The charges against Justice P D Dinakaran were only allegations the Collegium is looking into. Until the allegations are proved, nothing can be said", he told newspersons here. The collegiumm consists of experts, who would soon unearth the truth behind the allegations, he said, adding "I don't have anything more to add.'' Justice Dinakaran is facing charges of encroachment of land and the Supreme Court has put on hold his elevation to Supreme Court following the allegatons.
