Andhra Pradesh Governor N D Tiwari tonight congratulated Sachin Tendulakr for completing 17,000 runs in one-day internationals. In a message, the Governor said, ''I am delighted to learn that Sachin Tendulkar has completed 17,000 runs in the one day international format, here today at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.
