No question of accepting outside support from NCP: Thakre
Mumbai | Tuesday, Nov 3 2009 IST

Unwilling to submit to the pressure tactics of its ally, Congress today said there was no question of accepting outside support from NCP ''as it was not practical''. Reacting to caretaker Deputy chief minister Chhagan Bhujbal's assurance to Maharashtra governor S C Jamir to provide outside support to the government, as the stalemate between the two allies continued, Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee president Manikrao Thakre told newsmen: ''There is no question of accepting outside support from NCP as it would not be a practical move and the government should run for a complete term.'' He said the NCP needs to take stock of the ground reality before talking about staying out of the ministry formation.
