India Raghuveera warns Jagan detractors
Senior Congress leader and Andhra Pradesh Agriculture Minister N Raghuveera Reddy today warned the detractors of late Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's son and Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy that they should be ready to ''face repercussions''. ''They should think about Newton's third law - every action has an equal and opposite reaction,'' he quipped at a press conference here. ''The more Jagan is suppressed, he will bounce back with equal force,'' he opined. ''The leadership of party president Sonia Gandhi and the foundation laid by former prime ministers Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and his father Rajasekhara Reddy for the party will ensure it's success not only in the 2014 elections to the Lok Sabha and the state Assembly, but also in 2019,'' he said. Only last week, Women and Child welfare Minister K Surekha, who had been vociferous in the draft 'Jagan-as-CM' campaign, had resigned, unable to continue in the Cabinet without Dr Rajasekhara Reddy. -- (UNI) -- 02MS24.xml
