Kerala HC Judge V Giri resigns

Kerala High Court Judge Justice V Giri resigned today.

In his resignation letter addressed to the President of India, he cited personel reasons for his decision.

The High Court registry also confirmed that the copy of the resignation letter was received by the Chief Justice.

This is the first time when a permanent Judge of the Kerala High Court has resigned.

Earlier, Justice K P Dandapani had resigned as provisonal Judge of the Kerala High Court in 1996.
