India FDCI selects models for WIFW Spring/Summer 2010
Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) today carried out auditions to select female models who will walk the ramp at the forthcoming Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010. 13 female models were selected at a round of model auditions held in the Capital, for the Fashion Week, to be held from October 24-28. FDCI hosted the audition for the models, selected by jury members, which included renowned designers Anjana Bhargava, Namrata Joshipura and Rahul Khanna, Fashion Choreographer Aparna Bahl and senior model Laxmi Rana. Talking about the auditions, FDCI President Sunil Sethi said, ''Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 aims to be a platform that presents not just the best of the modelling industry on the runway, but at the same time, introduces and supports new talent.'' -- (UNI) -- 05DI61.xml
