Python swallows deer

A python swallowed a six-month-old deer at S V Zoological park here today. According to forest officer Shelvakumar, the python might have entered into the zoo either last night or in the early hours of today from the forest. It swallowed a six-month-old deer calf which was in a cage. The python which was not able to move, was later taken into the forest and freed. -- (UNI) -- 15MR15.xml
