IPL fines Knight Riders, Royal Challengers

The Indian Premier League (IPL) today penalised Bangalore Royal Challengers and Kolkata Knight Riders for not completing their overs in the stipulated time.

Royal Challengers were fined 1000 dollars for falling short by two overs whereas Kolkata Knight Riders were fined 500 dollars for falling one over short by match referee Farokh Engineer. Knight Riders won the rain affected IPL match by five runs here yesterday.
