Eminent Goan architect Charles Correa will be felicitated by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for his contribution towards betterment of the state, tommorrow. The felicitation will take place during the CII conference on 'India-The Big Picture' being held as part of the 37th International Indian Film Festival (IFFI) which begins from November 23. The Mumbai based architect and planner, Correa is a major figure in contemporary architecture worldwide. Over the last four decades, he has done pioneering work on urban isues and low cost shelter in the third world countries, a press release issued here today said. UNI MR SI HT1800 9321023164.
