LDF and UDF two sides of same coin: Venkaiah Palakkad | April 21, 2006 10:48:00 PM IST
Describing the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) and the CPI(M)-headed Left Democratic Front (LDF) in Kerala as 'two sides of the same coin,' BJP senior leader M Venkaiah Naidu today said the people should realise their secret agenda.Addressing an election rally here, he said in Delhi the Left parties supported the Congress-led UPA government, while in Kerala they fought each other. 'It is an interesting politics and the people should realise this political opportunism,' he said. Mr Naidu predicted the fall of the UPA government at the Centre after the Assembly elections. Alleging that the UPA government had not done anything for the development of Kerala, he said the former NDA government under A B Vajapayee had sanctioned several development projects for the state.
