Toonz Animation India Pvt Ltd, the makers of animation classics like "The Adventures of Tenali Rama" and "Return of Hanuman", is now all set present tales of Lord Shiva. In a press release issued here Tuesday, the Technopark-headquartered firm said this is the first of its kind, conceived, designed and directed entirely at Toonz and tells the stories of the Hindu god in various forms. "The series is undoubtedly a premium product due to its visual and musical standards with its uniqueness and variety. By the virtue of the simplified process, the speed at which we can produce without compromising the creative requirements is a huge positive in this kind of production," said Toonz CEO P. Jayakumar. The visuals in the series are enhanced by powerful music and rendition by Hindustani classical singer and composer Pandit Ramesh Narayan, a disciple of Pandit Jasraj. The show has generated a lot of interest from national production houses and broadcasters. "The Tales of Shiva" will be telecast in English and Indian languages. Toonz is a part of an international business group, Comcraft Group, and has a state-of-the-art facility staffed with internationally trained and experienced creative professionals from around the world numbering 600. Currently it has numerous projects which include a 52-episode series with Canadian, French and British partners. Toonz is producing a full-length feature film project, "Tommy and Oscar, The Movie" for Rainbow Studios, Italy, and a television series called "Willo the Wisp" for Animoon Plc of Britain besides a 72-episode CGI series for Hallmark Entertainment, the US.sg/am/vt (287 Words)08071632NNNN (IANS)
