World Problems in nuke deal not insurmountable: PM
Prime Minister Manmnohan Singh today admitted there were some ''minor problems'' in the operationalisation of Civil Nuclear Agreement with the US like reprocessing, but added that there were no ''insurmountable barriers''. Addressing a press conference at the Wllaird Hotel here where he is staying, the Prime Minister said he was given assurance by the US at the highest level that the Obama Administration was committed to the agreement. ''We have had very good discussions and at the highest level I have been assured that the US remains committed. There are some minor problems...but there are no insurmountable barriers,,'' he said in response to a question. The Prime Minister said the civil liability legislation had been approved by the union cabinet and he would now go to the Parliament so that it is implemented.
