Michael Vaughan won the toss and elected to bat first in the do-or-die Super Eight match against South Africa here today. South Africa suprisingly dropped Makhaya Ntini from the team and brought in Andrew Hall in his place while England made no changes to their team which played the last match against Bangladesh. ''We are taking a chance and hope to get some good runs on board and put pressure on South Africa while they begin the chase,'' said Vaughn after winning the toss.
