Parthiv Patel visits 'Saarthi' sets Mumbai | May 01, 2006 10:15:06 AM IST Cricketer Parthiv Patel was spotted cheering actors on the sets of the STAR Plus TV serial "Saarthi"."I love the serial and watch it whenever possible. Since I was in town on a short visit, I decided to meet the crew of my favourite serial," wicketkeeper Parthiv told IANS. It was a normal day of shooting for the unit of Neela Telefilm until they saw Parthiv applauding among the onlookers. "Parthiv gave us a pleasant surprise by dropping in at the set. He kept appreciating the actors for their work. We all wish him good luck with his bright career," said "Saarthi" producer Asit Modi. A modern family drama inspired by the "Mahabharata" epic, "Saarthi" has already completed 300 episodes. (IANS)
