India Dry weather over the State
Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hrs today. Dry weather prevailed over the State. Maximum temperatures fell at many places over North Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at most places being appreciably so at many places over Coastal Karnataka and normal over Interior Karnataka. Minimum temperatures appreciably rose at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably below normal at a few places over South Interior Karnataka however above normal at many places over Coastal Karnataka and normal over North Interior Karnataka. Highest maximum temperature of 37.7 degree Celsius was recorded at Gulbarga and lowest minimum temperature of 16.5 degree Celsius was recorded at Davangere in the plains of the State. Forecast valid until Tuesday morning: Rain/thundershowers would occur at isolated places over the State. Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain would occur at isolated places over Uttara Kannada district of Coastal Karnataka; Belgaum, Gadag districts of North Interior Karnataka and Bellary, Chitradurga districts of South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather will prevail over the remaining districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Local Forecast: Generally cloudy sky.
